I have had three different Wansview cameras. W3 is an older 720p model. The W4 is 1080p with a wider viewing angle and better mounting options. The W6 adds a few features to the W4 - it has two-way audio and can record to a micro SD card. The mount is also different from the W4, giving you more flexibility in where to point the camera. There's a lot to like about these cameras. The picture quality is excellent. The microphone is quite sensitive and the speakers can be easily dismantled. With a micro SD card (up to 128GB) you can record any activity on any schedule you set without a cloud service subscription. The settings for motion alerts and map storage are completely separate, giving you more flexibility when using this camera. I did all my testing without having a subscription to their cloud storage, so I can't comment on
