This is not an IP camera, DOES NOT support offline access, the cloud app is pure rubbish -

Like other reviewers, the company contacted me to buy one of these and a refund for the purchase to receive as I posted the review. (So beware of artificially inflated star ratings). I asked the person who contacted me directly for the specs, if they can support RTSP, local IP access, etc. You said "yes. Pos. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and attempted to mate 4 times. Good quality, exceptional night vision and great price

I have Wansview Q5 and Q6 internal cameras which I am very happy with. Recently one of my street cams stopped working. Since I liked the Q5 and Q6 indoor cameras, I decided on the Wansview W4 outdoor camera. The W4 has a nice long power cord that gives you some flexibility in placement. Great little outdoor camera for the money

This is the third Wansview camera I own; I have two internal Q5 cameras that I really like. For the money it's hard to find a better outdoor camera than the W4. Here are the things I like and dislike: PROS: Feels solid, not cheap. It has a pleasing aesthetic appearance. It was easy to install in a corner ledge on my house. Great camera for a low price

I've had several W3 cameras at home that I've used with BlueIris over RTSP over the past few years so contacted Wansview and asked if I could review the W4. Overall, this is a good camera at a great price. Wansview is trying to up its game and promote its cloud offering, but overall it seems its cloud portion is a bit immature and not fully ready for prime time.
