Use in a private home network without internet access is not possible. It cannot be set to Wi-Fi without an Internet connection time. High quality camera. I have a NetVue Orb Tilt/Swivel camera and it integrates with the software right out of the box. Motion alerts are more accurate than other brands I've tried. With the thought of more IR LEDs, the picture gets brighter. that proves me wrong. It's a strong IR and the camera has very good night vision. The camera is ok, the mount and the application need some work.

The camera itself is fine. It is clear that those who have ever designed fastening hardware have never held a screwdriver in their hands. The mounting holes are within the perimeter of the camera body, so the screwdriver cannot be placed directly on the screw head. Also, there is no easy way to remove the mounting base, after which the camera can be mounted on the base. After several hours of operation this camera does exactly what I expected. The setting is very user friendly. Live images over a wireless network are not ideal, but this is typical of a wireless transmission facility. I can't blame them. I have a basic Wi-Fi router and the camera still picks up a very good signal as it goes through four walls about 50 feet from my router. The picture is very good.
