Right for me!

I live in a windy coastal area and tried two other brands of covers before trying this one. The first two other brands (the more expensive ones) were ripped off or badly bent in winds up to 60mph. I've been using this cap for about 3 years, it even survived Superstorm Sandy in good condition.

Pros
  • Not for wall or wood stoves
Cons
  • Problems

Many thanks to the manufacturer. After requesting a refund for placing an order with Home Depot. The manufacturer said I'll keep the product. After receiving an order from Home Depot, the product was too heavy and non-functional. That's why I was happy to install this product in a roof duct.

Pros
  • Made in Mexico
Cons
  • Negative available

When the first wind blew, it came loose and the tip fell off. It's built to fall apart, but shouldn't fall apart that easily. It rained on my grain. I had to reassemble it and coat it with silicone glue. Old things would never fall apart so easily. Thanks to the big corporations who ruined our country with their…

Pros
  • 100 million Btu per hour
Cons
  • Very expensive
