The synergetic welding semiautomatic device of inverter type VARTEG 180 DUO-S is intended for domestic and semi-professional use. The semi-automatic device, despite its "small" size, has a wide range of operating modes. Used for semi-automatic welding in inert and active gases (CO2 / Ar+CO2) and using self-shielded (flux) wire in MIG mode. And also for arc welding with a stick electrode in the MMA mode, and argon-arc welding with a tungsten electrode using a valve torch (TIG LIFT).
A distinctive feature of this device is the synergy menu, the most simple control of welding parameters due to "smart" presets that make it easy to set up the welding machine with just one button. The synergy mode allows you to save time and get a high-quality welded joint even for a beginner, since the main parameters are selected automatically with the possibility of fine manual adjustment of the welding process.
This machine has 2 LCD displays for accurate display of welding current and voltage parameters. The compact body is designed for both 1kg / D100 and 5kg / D200 reels. - I tried cooking for the first time. Didn't try the electrode at all. The impression of a semi-automatic device, such that for the first time to write with a pen, and to cook with a flux-cored wire with this semi-automatic device. I liked it very much from an amateur point of view. I cooked it the way I watched it on YouTube, and for me, as a beginner, everything worked out. I use wire 0.8 because. the device is ground for it. I took 1.0 for a sample, but I haven’t purchased a current-collecting tip yet.

- The minimum current in the characteristics and in the reviews is 40A, but when the left regulator is turned to min, it shows 58 A, I was upset of course, but I can’t cook the car, it cooks a slender pipe 1.0 at the minimum and that’s good.
