The headset was DOA. Didn't load. Didn't turn on. The software did not recognize the headset on the computer. Can't use, return and get something else. Check out the Sena support forums, they have a lot of issues with it, so I recommend you don't buy it.

Very happy with the Sena. I have a Shark Explore R helmet and it fits perfectly. On the back of the helmet there is a cut-out for the battery. 10R works great. MP3s from my phone, voice directions from my Tom Tom GPS, FM radio, making and receiving phone calls, and interbank communications are all good

I drive a 2018 HD Breakout. The only complaint I have is that Siri can't recognize my voice on my modular headset. It recognizes my voice when my helmet face is up and the motorcycle engine is off. So my hands are still not completely free. It works really well when I'm on the phone and people can hear me clearly. Speakers sound good too

Excellent technology. The support reacted quickly. The current firmware version has problems with constant speaker volume. Intercom, Sena voice prompts are much louder than cellphone sound. Hope this gets resolved soon. The low profile on the outside of the helmet is great. The battery is easy to hide. There is an option to hide the wiring on the side. The mobile companion app is good.

I don't know why the bad reviews. I have tried several competing products and I can safely say that this is the best. The sound is great, a little tinny at times (don't use audio amplification) but great. On the Autobahn you can hear the sound from 70+. I called 50+ and they said they can hear me perfectly and I can hear them. Have to test at higher speeds for phone calls but I will say that at 80km/h I had to turn the volume down because it was too loud.

This bluetooth headset is great. Although the wires are thin. I'm worried if they pinch easily. Installation is easy, but please make sure the position of the control box and battery is correct before using the sticky stickers. This glue is pretty strong. Once you put them on, it's almost impossible to move. Batteries last a long time. I wear earplugs when driving, so I have to unscrew them all the way. I bought this for the low profile after seeing a friend's 20R (definitely NOT low profile) with a rotary switch. I also read a review that while the 10R buttons were a little hard to find at times (I agree), the 20R jog controls were often TOO sensitive.
