Bought two of these to use on our bike. The first one I received was not charged so I had to return it. When we were finally able to use them, one was really static so I had to send it back. So finally everything is loaded and ready to go, and we were far from impressed. There was so much wind noise that one could not speak at all. It was a constant static noise. For the price I didn't think it was worth keeping.

Overall the product is well built, a charge lasts a good 2 or 3 uses before recharging. Suitable for me and my wife, however the range is only about 4 tractor trailer lengths before losing contact and the sound quality is not what I expected for what I paid. it is not packaged clear sound. but more or less crackling weak sound, not a bad product, just want the reader to know what you are expecting before spending over 300.00 as I was expecting a bit more.

This headset has a limited range. I'm riding behind another bike and I hear a faint crackling sound. It also picks up wind noise even with the mic cap on. It's not that bad, but when you're going fast down the hills you can hear the wind a little bit. We had the SCS and the sound quality was great, as was the range, but the headphone cable was flimsy and not bike rated. Sena really needs to work on sound quality and range. That would give the product 5 stars.

My wife and I bought these for boat use. Excellent noise cancellation. We can't even hear each other over the noise of the engine and the wind. They are excellent for anchoring and mooring, as well as general communication while we navigate the boat. Speak calmly in difficult situations. No need to yell, relieves stress even during the most difficult maneuvers. The battery life is also good. I can't comment on how good they are because we charge them every week or so.

I liked the concept but the damn thing wouldn't sync with one of my Sena Bluetooth headsets. I have an SMH-10 which I thought would work for sure, but after countless attempts with general and normal, firmware updates, factory resets, etc. I mean (I've done IT support for almost 15 years) I have tried everything. Very comfortable and easy to set up. As many other reviewers have noted, the claimed 900m range is far too high. We checked our sets and found it was about 200 yards and in a straight line. You can still hear the person you are talking to, but when the distance increases or there are buildings in the way, there is a lot of noise.
