Sena Smart Cycling Helmet: Revolutionizing Safety and Connectivity in Cycling Review

Helmet fits well and sound quality is good when connected to iPod via Bluetooth; However, I had a problem with the spontaneous switching off of the headset. In this case, I have to stop the loop, turn the device back on, wait for it to reconnect to my phone, and then restart the music player. Sometimes it turns off every 3-5 minutes and sometimes it runs for more than 30 minutes before shutting down. I emailed Sena about this; but I still haven't received an answer.

I bought two of these at the end of the cycling season last year. They are great and we were so excited to use them this year. About a month into this year's cycling season, one of the helmets died completely. I thought it was a dead battery so we tried all the ways to charge and other ways to charge the battery. It never charges. We also tried resetting the helmet but that didn't work. And of course due to the fact that we have used the helmets 2 seasons or more months apart we are not…

These helmets are very small. The shape of the helmets in particular seems to be geared more towards spherical heads, while my partner and I tend to have oblong heads. There is room for us on the sides of the helmet, but not at the front or back.
