I use a lot of these brackets to build cabinets but my last two shipments had open boxes and broken brackets in a big mess. I returned the worst and dealt with the other.

The package arrived with no packaging in the box. The interbox of staples was opened, the staples were scattered and the strips of staples were torn. It is difficult to use small parts in the gun. ps These staples do not fit my stapler.

This size is great for 3/4 inch door sill stock. This is simply unbeatable. So far no paper jams or misfires. I bought 1 1/4 inch. 1 1/2" punches through 2 3/4" boards.

Extremely disappointed! I needed them ASAP to install my wooden floor and didn't have time to return and replace them so I'll take them as is. But this time Revane was wrong. This is not Nailzone's fault. Bought 5000 staples and there are just over 2500 in the box. However, the basic delivery was correct.

Sorry we had a problem with the delivery. I contacted support and the issue was resolved immediately. This situation sheds light on the true heart of the company. These guys did brilliantly. There is no question who I will get my main products from in the future.

I ordered a box of staples for a floor stapler which I also bought. First I got the staples and it was a box of free staples! The strips were just hanging around in the box, most had broken into smaller strips which were still usable but very painful to use. Would return but need them immediately as I'm installing hardwood floors this weekend.

Staples received on time as promised. The small box of staples was in the big box and had no locks to hold the smaller box in place, all the staples fell out and broke, what a mess. A little dunnage would go a long way. I don't want a replacement, I will try to use it even though the clips fell apart. This is the first order I have a complaint about. dunnage!
