The ability to create tickets from any browser using my phone or computer is great! I like that it's easy for customers to use as well. It can be hard sometimes to find what you're looking for when searching through all of the options. Sometimes there are too many functions at once which makes finding something difficult.
If your department needs an easy way to communicate with their clients then this product would work best for you. We have been able to keep track of our client communicationβ¦
The ability to see all tickets at once is great for tracking issues in our environment! I also like how easy it was to create my own custom fields which makes reporting much easier than using an out of the box solution. It's not intuitive or very friendly when you're trying to figure things out as new users - but after some time (weeks) we got used to it enough that its no longer really bothering us anymore. We are solving problems we would have had otherwise if there were more people available
