The ability to see all tickets at once is great for tracking issues in our environment! I also like how easy it was to create my own custom fields which makes reporting much easier than using an out of the box solution. It's not intuitive or very friendly when you're trying to figure things out as new users - but after some time (weeks) we got used to it enough that its no longer really bothering us anymore. We are solving problems we would have had otherwise if there were more people available who could handle them quickly & efficiently.
