    Terribly unreliable

    I'll admit the setup process couldn't be simpler. The QR code made it easy to add any sensor to my SmartThings Hub. I have 6 pairs of these sensors installed at all entrances to my house. I actually installed 2 sensors on one of my doors thinking I had a faulty sensor and installed another as a backup. Both show as offline most of the time until I use the door. When opening/closing the door, sometimes one, both or none of the sensors are connected to the network (never always). I installed…

    Dimming requires multiple SmartThings automation devices

    The Sengled Zigbee Switch did not connect easily to my Aeotec V3 SmartThings Hub. Finally, I replaced the included "new" battery and installed it just a few inches from the hub, then added it to the ZigBee network. The instructions don't say anything about building multiple machines to make the dimming work. Here's what I found all by myself to properly dim this thing: 1.
