These filters are thick enough to allow a decent amount of liquid to flow through as promised, when I set these filters (filled with gold dust) on fire they burned with no ash. Very important as I don't want my product to float softly in the wind.

I used these for a school presentation at Science Night about chromatography and used filters to separate colors in several different black pens (with water soluble inks). the whole process - and each pin also made interesting patterns. It may not seem very scientific, but that's how we drive in elementary school. I will use this again!
