It's great, but not quite as good as Powernail in some ways. I have both options.

First I am a former construction worker and now a car service owner. I've made about 3,000 square feet of 2" spikes and grooves in my life. Up to 500-600 that I routed with this nailer I used a hand nailer. I bought this as my second nailer after the Powernail Air. Hammer assembly loaned to me by another builder. So far I have shot 3500-4000 NORGE and POWER NAIL spikes with both nailers. So far no problems with any brand Excellent performance. It's easier to load spikes and they're easier toโ€ฆ

but wanted something reliable at the best price and didn't know how often I would do it.

I would describe myself as a high-class do-it-yourselfer and recently bought approx. 1300 square meters. Solid oak strip feet 2 1/4 thick to place in your home. After doing my research I chose NuMax as there was no point in hiring based on the number of floors to be laid but wanted something reliable at the best price and not knowing how often I would be using it after this project. The NuMax nailer did not disappoint, I am very satisfied having installed about 400 square feet - no jams orโ€ฆ

Worked great! Very important!

I used a NuMax floor nailer to install a new 3/4" x 5" Bruce Quicksilver solid oak floor board that we purchased from Lowes in our master bedroom. I decided to buy NuMax based on the reviews and also because the purchase price was roughly equivalent to a 3 day rental. As it turned out, the project took over three days because my work was constantly distracting me from the project, so I was glad I didn't rent and own a gun. This was my first wood floor installation and I have never used anyโ€ฆ
