Package arrived, item damaged. On closer inspection I found that the quality was not up to standard and appeared to be very cheaply made and weak items were being returned

This was my first purchase of stainless steel cookware and I couldn't be happier. I've only used nonstick cookware before, but would like to switch to stainless baby steps at some point. A skillet and grate (not pictured for some reason) is my most common use and is perfect for a 5 pound mouth wrapped chicken. I have only hand washed them and they still shine like the first time. Nice quality set, I'm glad I bought it!

I place frozen steaks or frozen hamburger patties in a skillet and place them on a GRANITE countertop to defrost them in less than 30 minutes (as revealed by a previous reviewer).
