Terrible design, suitable for vacuuming and floor care

I bought this to replace a Dyson and it's nowhere near as good. This vacuum cleaner does a good job of cleaning my wall to wall carpeted room. That's the only positive. It's very heavy and you need three hands to operate the attachments. The canister is ridiculously small and the fill line is only an inch or two from the bottom, requiring you to keep emptying it throughout the process. The cord is short - I can't vacuum the whole room - and it's so low I keep stepping on it or turning around…

I love this vacuum cleaner vacuum cleaner

I like this vacuum cleaner. I used to have expensive vacuum cleaners. and hated them from the second or third use. I've had cheap vacuum cleaners that worked for a while but broke within a few months. I've never liked vacuuming. I only vacuumed as much as necessary. I really enjoy vacuuming with Shark Navigator! (I mean, I still don't do it for fun ;) but I don't actively avoid it either!) Finally, I vacuum the whole house every time it's not there, simply because it's actually not a maddening…

Impressive suction power, but pivoting design is easy on shoulders and back

I have mixed feelings about this vacuum cleaner. I've been using my old canister vacuum for 20 years so every new technology has never failed to impress me and the suction power of this vacuum is truly amazing. It not only collects visible dog hair and fluff, but also dust and dirt from the depths of carpets. I'm amazed at how much it rises, even when my carpets are supposedly clean. I also like that you can easily switch between carpet and non-carpet surfaces and that the tool is always close…

Vacuum works great. Strong suction, light and manoeuvrable. I would give 5 stars because it fully met my expectations. BUT (you knew this was going to happen, right?). The roller brush stopped spinning after a few months and very little use. Thank god for the internet/YouTube because after a quick search for other people having this problem I found a video with the problem listed and its solution. I bought this vacuum to replace an older, bulkier vacuum that was losing suction. So far this little vacuum cleaner has been amazing.
