Shark Snot Organic Open-Cell Wetsuit Lubricant Review

Mixed according to instructions, tried it on my open-cell wetsuit today. Went like clockwork. I used about 0.2 oz/4.9 ml of the mixed solution in my suit and it slipped right off. There are no rashes or other skin problems.

I love this all natural wetsuit lube, it doesn't make me uncomfortable and slimy after hours in a wetsuit. I buy it for the second time and go back

Use this with my 3mm open cell spearfishing suit. It's very slippery and did its job. What I didn't like was the limited shelf life after mixing it in a spray bottle and it seems really drying out on my hair.

A bit expensive, but sufficient. I certainly don't use even half the diluted contents of the aerosol can. This material certainly goes much further than the manufacturer says. It doesn't irritate my skin and hardly leaves any odor. This is good stuff!

I'm having trouble with this product. Didn't expect it to work. I've always used Suite Juce and couldn't get it for an upcoming dive, so I decided to try Shark Snot because it was available. I was very pleasantly surprised, I didn't have that salon rinse smell that I hate and my open camera suit slid over me like a second skin. I will only use this product from now on! Works better as costume juice and comes with a better dispenser.

Confused by the previous review. I tried following the instructions. In fact, I found the suit much more difficult to put on than if I hadn't been using it. So next time I added 2 ounces more concentrate than required. It helped, but not optimally. I borrowed some lube from a friend and my suit was put on and taken off twice. Can't be compared with that at all. It's cheaper but still not worth the money. It's better to pay more and get something that actually works.

I bought this item with high expectations as I hate the mess the air conditioner makes and also the smell of air conditioners. Unfortunately, this item was not delivered. Follow the directions and add a little extra product to make it more concentrated. Added a few to my wetsuit and it was still difficult to put on. Didn't give me the foil I wanted and for the price you would expect it to work like a charm. Very disappointed. Looks like I'm going back to $5 bottles of conditioner.
