Good quality, easy to use and sharpens my knives much faster than my other stone sharpeners. It took me a few test hits and jerks at first before I realized I just had to run a knife over it. Easy to clean, no longer dirty after molding.

My kitchen knife set came with a cylinder sharpener but it didn't fit the way I sharpened it. This product is extremely easy to use and with less than 10 strokes in both coarse and fine cuts, all my knives are sharper than ever and the inconsistencies that the blades had have been corrected.

I love this sharpener. It's ergonomic, easy to use and sharpens like a dream. I also love that I can change the angle. It sharpened my extremely dull cheap knives so well they cut like new. The scissor sharpener is a nice addition too and saves me the hassle of throwing away great scissors. Happy! :)

Bought this 3 in 1 sharpener as a gift for my husband. He said it worked great on his chef's knife. It also looks very nice and saves space. There is an angle adjustment knob that allows you to set the right angle for sharpening knives of different sizes. It is easy and safe to use by inserting the knife into the slot and pulling it multiple times in just one direction. I'll definitely try scissors next time.

I bought this with a Tansung knife and I do NOT recommend ANY product! This is a classic example of a poorly made cheap Chinese import. There is a dial to change the sharpening angle for different blades, but it's useless because it can't be rotated. (Four very strong men tried to twist it and no one managed to move it out of the 22 degree slot.) I will not buy any more Tansung products!

The 3-in-1 function caught my attention, so I bought it. It's very easy to use. This isn't anything complicated, but it looks complicated for a knife sharpener. What I like about this tool is that I can adjust the angle by turning the dial on top. If you pay close attention, you can also sharpen your scissors. I love that about it. I can sharpen almost anything with this sharpener. Great offer!

Hello. I like the adjustable angle function!. It really works. The handle is comfortable. The only thing I could fault is the design of the sharpener which makes it very difficult not to touch the plastic case when pulling the tip of the knife through the sharpener. At this price point and with an angled feature, I'm not overly concerned, but it will eventually start to extrude the plastic body at that point, but won't damage the knife. First try went smoothly. Quickly updated my complete blade. But the amount of steel removed worried me. I have not and do not recommend anyone to use great force when pulling a sharpener. The blade was not fully restored, so later I decided to sharpen it again. Something changed and it vibrated a lot when I pulled out the sharpener. Instead of a smooth edge I got a wavy edge. This knife sharpening tool is almost as bad as some cheap Walmart junk products with added angle adjustment. Not impressed! The "boron nitride hex" part of HBX is very faint and I think it might not even be the real boron nitride HEX substance and not the right shape. It scratches metals crookedly and badly, a sharpener shouldn't. The ceramic part will wear out after a few careful uses.
