Not Worth It - Power & Hand Tools

I bought these to help cut a round chimney hole in stacked iron oxide. Did a pathetic job. I ended up buying a diamond coated Drexel wheel along with small diamond studded drums for final smoothing.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • So far so good

The blades were bent back. Break very easily

These blades didn't last very long. I'm a very good tiler and in my opinion they are terrible. The blade shank did not fit completely into the saw. This happened on 4 out of 6 blades, resulting in premature failure. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Good price Diamond blade

I bought a set of five with the intention of using them all for a job cutting fiberglass and epoxy tubing. This material is difficult for carbide tools, and with a 20-foot cut, I realized diamond was the way to go. These blades are thicker than I would like but they hold up well and to my surprise it only took one blade to finish the job. All of my cuts were straight, but I noticed there was enough sand on the sides of the blade to accommodate the curves.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Only available in white

Depends on what you're cutting

Depending on your plans, this could be for you. I was trying to cut a hole in an old marble shell countertop for a sink. They broke too easily. I was on my third before doing a foot length. It was at this point that I realized the sink was too thick for my work to be realistic. They cut marble and are good at working with thin materials; However, they come in a 3-pack for a reason. I would plan to stock up and schedule some slow, messy puzzle work on the road.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Reliability

Don't buy those jigsaw blades and buy a good quality bit.

I installed a single bowl sink on a granite countertop. I bought 3 jigsaw diamond blades and a set of diamond cutters from Revain to get the job done. I already had a diamond saw blade. Results: I used the long straight cut skills. Hole saw for rounded corners and electric jigsaw for joining corners with straight sides. The hole saw was removed after a hole. I had to buy two more to complete the other three holes. I used a 3rd hole saw to finish off the fourth hole. Jigsaw blades did not work…

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Empty
