Description of πŸͺ‘ Shepherd Hardware 8766E Rubber Chair Leg Caps - 1-1/2-Inch Inside Diameter, 12 Pack, Black - Improve SEO

From the Leaders in floor and surface protection, these fitted tips protect hard floor surfaces against scratches, hold furniture in-place when in use, and eliminate noisy movement of chairs and stools. 1-1/2" inside diameter tip will fit over tubular legs of the same outer diameter. Great for creating a safe and finished look at the end of straight or angled legs or other round items. Friction-tight leg tips are easy to install and quickly slide over furniture legs. Includes (12) 1-1/2 inch black rubber leg tips.

Great alternative to castors

Our bed kept sliding on the parquet floor. We removed the wheels and put them in their place. No more trouble! They will protect the floor and solve our problem at the same time.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Check the size you need.

They were a full 1/8 inch larger. Otherwise they would be perfect. I found and ordered a smaller size and they fit perfectly. Like the product and the service.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Just the right size!

These leg caps fit perfectly over the legs of my new bamboo bench and keep the underside of the legs dry when I take the bench out onto the patio after the rain. It took me a while to find the 1 Β½ inch leg tips. Thank you Reven I used leftovers on my wooden chairs for another great fit.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Minor repairability

Works great - Hardware

I bought these to use as a base for canvas frames. I make my own 1" and 1-1/4" adjustable tubular tent poles to support the 1" tubular tarp frame. Didn't cut them. So far they're working great and everyone is commenting on the strength of my canvas poles. For DIYers definitely to recommend

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some little things

Heavy furniture fittings

Arrived quickly. They are quite big and heavy. When you take them out of the packaging, they smell faintly of rubber. Unfortunately they don't match my outdoor metal furniture with thin metal leg and flat round leg. They are definitely a full 1 1/2 inches. But I just think this style wasn't the best choice. I would recommend if you have a 1 1/2" foot. They look like they will live forever.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Defects present

They are nicer than they look on Revain

I was pleasantly surprised that these leg caps looked good as they looked a little worn in the photo. They're made of thick rubber and easily fit over the legs of my chair with a few twists. I needed protection for my new vinyl plank floor. I have metal chairs with two vertical legs in the front and a horizontal bar in the back. I used 4 tips for each chair. The spike on the ends of the bar worked perfectly, the middle of the neck was dragging across the floor and now it's coming off the floor.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive
