Easy to install and stops my bike so I don't die.

Fits easily on my cheap Vilano road bike. I'm by no means a bike mechanic, but they work and stop the bike effectively even when going downhill quickly. The hardest part of the installation was getting it lined up properly with the tire. When I put them on, they curled unevenly. Again, I'm not a bike mechanic, so there's probably a better way to keep them in place. I saved $50 at a bike shop and didn't have a bike for days while they fixed it. Its worth it.

The good news is they fit my 1990 Shimano Exage Motion.

Good news, they fit my 1990 Shimano Exage Motion calipers (1990 Schwinn Worldsport) while the threaded cylinder on the SwissStop Full FlashPro Elite does not. The not-so-good news: they tend to be a bit noisy. , even with seemingly correct settings. I can pull them up and sharpen the front edges a bit to calm them down. They hold up about the same as my original Shimano ones (yes, my original pads were actually 27 years old, never changed and starting to leave ugly marks on my aluminum rims. On

Braking on my 1979 Raleigh Super Course is full of smiles!

I had original pads and pads on my 1979 Raleigh Super Course with center link Weinman calipers. Yes, about 37 years old. Fred Flintstone would be proud. :-) Needless to say, these Shimano Br-6700 Ultegra pads/shoes represent a triple quantum leap in performance at a very modest price point. I bought the product knowing that Revain offers free returns. As I said, I have Weinman CENTER calipers and these pads/pads fit. You clean the front fork. The rear pads fit with plenty of room. By the way…
