🩲 Shock Doctor Supporter BioFlex Medium Men's Apparel Review

This is not a product I normally review but I can't deny it was a good purchase. You see it has been many years since I bought an item like this but after being persuaded to join the football league by some so called "friends" I decided it was time to play it safe and not to regret it. As a standard goalkeeper, this product paid for itself after the first game. Comfortable (as something like this can be) and able to absorb "fun" groin shots, I can't deny my fan base.

I only bought this because I had minor surgery on an old ball bag and the doctor said I would have to wear it for a couple of weeks. I had surgery on Friday morning and this is what they look like on Saturday afternoon. I've had it for 1 day now and half of the stitching holding the cup has ripped. Keep in mind that while wearing this athletic brace I did not do anything you would describe as "sporting". I mostly watched movies in my chair and got up to eat from time to time.

After trying some protective underwear, we knew this was the way to go. Our 12 year old (5ft 4in, 125lbs) struggled with the "protective underwear", he said it was very uncomfortable, the cup was always sticking out and moving back and forth all over the place. So we decided to buy and try. As a catcher, he has to move a lot, and the bowl has to move with him. This is a mixed review. Very comfortable and if not for the quality item I would give this five stars BUT after a hand wash according to label directions the elastic on the cup straps (which go around the hips and buttocks, not the waist) started to tighten solve on two of them. I've been using this mug for a few months and everything is fine! The strap is easy to clean as the cup can be easily pulled out and it definitely saved me. I've been hit in the groin (accidentally) several times while training and sparring in MMA classes and have never injured myself. sure, but I think this is probably the standard for any cup/strap set. Overall I like the cup and roll feel with one big exception. The material on the inside of the cup is stretched instead of conforming to the inside of the cup. It puts pressure where I don't want it and doesn't let your private parts take advantage of cup space. I ended up cutting the inner fabric to solve this problem and now it fits better. I find the cup offers good impact protection and the silicone rims feel comfortable. The inner fabric just significantly reduces comfort for me. If you…

I've been using it for a while and the quality is much better, no wear and tear. Apparently I received a defective one and my original strap was not a criterion for the quality of the product.
