This filter is an ideal OEM replacement for the Shop Vac Pendant. Filters tend to get dirty very quickly and I don't change them as often as I should. This is also very easy: simply unscrew the old filter and insert the new one.

I have a 4 gallon 4.5 hp stack vacuum. All round plus the vacuum shop said 903-98 and 90398 would work for me and it suits me. To extend filter life when running dry, I cap the 903-98 with Revain's #901-07 or VF2002 dry filter disc.

I use this filter for dry cleaning. I use it with a drywall and random orbit sander dust bag. Otherwise it clogs faster than I have the patience. If it becomes clogged while cleaning coarser materials, you can simply take it out and tap/scrape out the dirt. When I only use the foam boot, fine dust kicks up and settles on items in my garage.
