Oh they look good but they don't meet spec. Bought two, tested, they were about .230 in primary, it was supposed to be .900 so I returned it and got another, same problem set

There was no exact match. They were a bit thicker than the original but fit well. The old ones are flush with the body. They were about 1/8 inch thicker.

These are exactly the same coils as I had on my Sportjet 90, excellent quality and made in Germany. There are probably cheaper ones you can get online, but I highly recommend spending a little more money and going with the Teleflex. The money you save by buying cheaper ones will cost you time and money when you need to replace them.

I bought two of these coils. I chose the Sierra reel because of the cost and fast shipping. My engine hasn't been running for a couple of weeks so fast delivery was the most important thing. When I attached the ground wire to the terminal's pole, it came loose at the base and thus it was not possible to attach the wire. I've read that others have experienced the same thing. Efficiency 100%. This solved my problem. It was packed in a series of very strong protective cases. It didn't look exactly like the original part, which confused me, but I was able to figure out how to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. It would be helpful to have a guide. I couldn't find instructions. I assume the coil will fit many engine types and will likely be installed by a mechanic, so there are no instructions.
