Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say with certainty that this starter assembly is top-notch. It's reliable and durable, providing excellent performance in my car. The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The quality of materials is impressive, and I believe it will last for years to come. The only drawback is that it's relatively expensive, but this factor is overshadowed by its high-quality and reliable performance. Overall, I highly recommend this starter assembly

Perfect fit. I installed it the same day it arrived (on time btw) and was on the water the next day. Saved kit that does not require replacing the entire starter. still works fine.

Works on my '92 75hp but sometimes the starter motor gets stuck when it stops so next time it won't start. I took the grinder to the non-gear side to straighten it and that did the trick.
