Small and difficult to remove

These dice are very difficult to remove from the shell. Let them thaw for 5-10 minutes before trying to squeeze them out. Lids are good because they prevent spills when placed in the freezer. Not my favorite purchase though.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Available in white only

Love these bowls!: Ice cube molds and bowls

Very easy to use! Just don't overfill. Water expands when it freezes. Twist a little, turn the pan upside down and remove the cubes. So easy! Especially for my arthritic hands! I read the negative comments but saw nothing of the sort. I love her!

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some little things

Broke in 1 week - save money

The silicone part of these bowls is great. Unfortunately the harder white plastic part has already broken on 2 out of 3 trays in just 1 week of use. I needed lidded ice trays in my office due to COVID protocols, so I was really hoping this would work...no luck. money thrown away.

Pros
  • Trial version for one year
Cons

Difficult to use quickly

These ice cubes pop out very easily when you press the bottom of each one. The silicone on the bottom is very flexible. The problem is that there isn't a spin action type that can take them all down at once. I didn't have the patience to press on the bottom of each ice cube to pop them out and ended up tossing them and got a few that pop out quickly on a quick spin.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Good for small references

Green broken (thin plastic). I still use the part that didn't break. But everything is fine except that the plastic is broken in half. The other two in the package are still in use. I'm sure it was my fault. I recommend pressing on the side of the silicone to release the cubes. So if you want to break it like me then don't follow the instructions. Makes decent ice cream quickly, maybe 1 hour depending on your freezer. If you have a small fridge like me then this is what you need.

Pros
  • Pretty
Cons
  • Expensive

It works, but it's kinda weird.

When I got them I didn't really know how they work. It consists of a hard plastic top and a soft bottom. You fill them up, and when you're cold, press down on the soft bottom and the cubes pop out. It was a little weird at first, but I got used to it. Time will tell how long they last. The cubes are also quite small, 1" x 3/4" x 1/2" deep. It took me nearly a hundred trays to chill my drink.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Don't twist! Special tools and gadgets

The product should have a clear warning label to avoid twisting the trays. They serve to extract ice cubes by pressing from below. When I first took the trays out of the freezer, I twisted one to remove the cubes (I foolishly thought they looked like other plastic ice cube trays in my experience) and they easily broke in half. I did not repeat this mistake. But later I found that removing the cube was tedious and hard on my fingers. I have bandages on both index fingers for cuts I sustained…

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good
