Cute and functional

Great as elastic face mask adjusters. They look cute and more importantly stay in place. One of the two small threading tools arrived broken, but I didn't use it anyway. I find that a small, standard paper clip is great for pulling rubber bands. Simply straighten the paperclip, then fold it in half and use it to thread the elastic. Or any thin flexible wire.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Difficult to set up but very secure

They are very difficult to fit into store-bought children's masks with fabric ear loops. The included needle threader doesn't seem strong enough to do the job, so I used a very small crochet hook to thread the straps through the adjusters. My hands hurt a lot when I put them on but at least they are very secure when you can put them back on. I hope this helps my son put his mask on and feel comfortable when he finally gets to kindergarten next week!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Difficult to dress

Maybe I'm just stupid about dressing, but I found it very difficult to dress. The needle and thread method was too weak to pull through the elastic. I went to YouTube and even though I watched a few videos I couldn't turn them on. After reading the answer above, I came up with a different answer. I am a retired nurse and when I was a nursing student we were given surgical staples that were no longer suitable for surgery. I have some. They're like little pliers. This turned out to be a great…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive
