Very Low Quality

The Revain image shows an extremely high precision cutter. It is very poor quality indeed, the blades are different sizes, misaligned and there are too many adjusting washers indicating that the manufacturer has not been able to align them and they are very difficult to align. adjust for proper cutting. There are no instructions. Very bad quality

This is a breakdown of the bit received.

This is neither negative nor positive. Just what I found and what I did. Firstly I suspect they were assembled by an unskilled worker who edited the pattern ie 1 bearing 2 spacer 3 small washer 4 black spacer 5 small washer 5 yellow bracket 6 black spacer 7 small washer 8 yellow bracket etc. Repeat, until you reach the end, add the black washer and nut. No two parts have the same diameters differing by 2-4 thousand except for the black spacers which were dead. Carbide cutters were probably…

Don't waste your time

The SILIVN adjustable teeth cutter suffers from extremely poor processing control. It can't do what it's supposed to do and is useless. The others seem to cost much more. It's even cheaper than the unregulated options. I took the bait and tried it. It was an unfortunate decision. I rarely take the time or effort to review it, but this little foray into the purgatory of mail order tools inspired me to take action. Perhaps my cautionary tale will spare you such an experience.
