I bought this to build a tiny fanless server. I had to remove the top to install the heatsink and since the faceplate is attached to the cover I figured I could just use the base. But other than that, it's the same high quality I've come to expect from SILverStone.

I used it to build a KodiBox with LibreElec (this OS is highly recommended). I didn't go for thinner (but wider) devices as they only support one 2.5" drive and I needed support for two. I like the look of this case and its size but it would be nice if it came with more detailed specs. Finding parts that would fit in this case wasn't easy. Hard drives should be 7mm thick. When buying a mainboard, make sure that the connections match the case. The SATA power connector is on the very edge. So if you have 90 degree connectors (included with the motherboard) you won't be able to put the case together. The design of the Mini-STX is really cool, but I would recommend manufacturers…
