Very easy to assemble. the shelving fabric is not elastic so it takes some force to pull the rods tight enough for the screws to fit the ends. But assembly by one person is easy. It serves its purpose very well for organizing shoes in the lobby of a college shared apartment with a lot of roommates. It is lightweight and easy to carry. It can be disassembled into 3 parts to store in the car.

Oh I'm thrilled. I just finished a montage for my wife who has a lot of shoes. Your previous one fell/ fell apart all the time. Just in case, I put on one of my t-shirts (see photo) and it fits. Wow where do I start. Cheap junk. Do yourself a favor and trust this one star review. Some bars don't fit together properly, so you'll have to drive them into each other.
