Description of simpleERB

simpleERB is a cloud based Reservation Book and Customer Relationship Management system for restaurants. It is multi user and works on iPads as well as desktops. It is fast and easy to configure. It has waitlist and "sms customer" capability. It has inbuilt review and social media management tools and comprehensive reporting and export to mail clients.

Not bad if only for its ability and ease in integration between various hotel management apps

The UI (user interface) of this software makes it easier than other similar softwares I have used previously, even though there are too many options that can be over-complicated at times. Also when you get technical support from Simple ERB you seem to always feel like they don't know what their doing which is frustrating. Reporting is not very good compared with some others out there but then again most others do far better so take note! Have all your reservation systems integrated into one…

simpleERB - A fantastic cloud-based solution

Very simple but powerful tool, very intuitive and easy to use. The fact that the program can be accessed anywhere via mobile devices makes it really convenient. The ERP program is very good with regards to its integration with other programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Really great product, works well and is very user friendly, I am currently looking at other products and this is still my favorite! There isn't much I dislike about this program, the only thing I would like to see…
