SimpliGov - Easy Processes For Intake Forms

While using simpligo it was very easy for me as I am new in this business my experience with others websites made things difficult so i thought of going back but then again came across simpligov which is easily understandable even if you are totally illiterate too! The best thing about them that they have given us an option either we can go offline or make use oely our internet connection by giving their application access permission from your desktop/laptop etc..   • Ability To Make Simple Requests For Services Provided By Any City Government Or Organization Including Emergency Disaster Management (EMD) And Response Times
  • Calling 911 , Aging Building Inspections Etc.
  • Great Customer Service Representatives Are More Than Welcome At Their Desks 24 hours With Our Company's Accountant

We use them for all our new hires to run their onboarding process.

It's super simple, and we get their information automatically into our system within minutes of completing the form. They also provide a real-time notification when the hire is ready to start work, so we don't have to worry about tracking down an employee. I like how easy it is to use and their form builder is a nice touch. You can't go wrong with their pricing, especially since you're only paying for what you use. They also offer 30 days free if you sign up.

Pros
  • You can easily import your information from LinkedIn and Facebook
  • A nice touch of being able to import contacts from Facebook and LinkedIn.
Cons
  • For example, they don't have a CRM or email marketing platform built in
  • I found the design aesthetically unappealing and the navigation unintuitive
