Great car. Definitely worth the money

Excellent sewing machine. Easy to use for beginners but designed for serious sewing too! Doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" you find on expensive machines, but definitely features/stitch patterns that will probably be used most of the time. Plastic on the outside, metal on the inside. Will last a long time with regular use but I would recommend a more powerful machine for stiff/very thick fabrics or long term heavy use like quilting(?).

Don't do it

This is an angry review. Never in 20 years of sewing have I been so disappointed in a sewing machine. I've used Singer and Brothers from home to industry, and I've never had a problem threading the bobbin and setting the correct tension for an hour before sewing the messiest stitches of my life. I am completely confused. I love the singer and I don't understand what went wrong with this car. Maybe you have a defective one - it happens. I'm sad I can't return this now and have to hand sew…

Singer isn't what it used to be

After visiting some online forums I found out that Singer machines have lost their good reputation. They're not like the old cars. I wish I had known earlier. I regret having chosen this car. The problem I had was that firstly right out of the box the entire front loading bobbin case was torn apart e.g. B. not just the spool or the cap but about 4 parts and there was black grease everywhere. I've searched the internet for videos to fix the problem but haven't found anything. I found out after a
