Makes good coffee, but the machine is a bit cheap. Comes with a ground coffee basket, the lid fell off after a week. It still snaps into place, but I've had similar devices that have lasted for years without the lid detaching from the basket. The lid that closes the water tank is very cheap and will fall into the water tank if you look at it the wrong way. I bought this for my elderly mother who needed a very easy to use device. It's harder than your usual full-size Kerig brand maker. Cup buttons and other buttons are used for various purposes. If you click many times, they do one thing. If you press while making coffee, they do something else. You press buttons to start and stop the coffee, which is confusing for the elderly, not user-friendly without reading the manual, and then difficult for the elderly.
