This mount is way cheaper than others without glue but we live in Arizona we still used screws to attach it to the dash. Fits perfectly.

I attached this to the dash with the 3M tape provided. Adhesion was excellent and no problems expected with it falling off my dashboard.

I drive a Jeep. I attached it to a flat square of hard plastic under the air conditioner. Within a month it just fell off while driving on city streets. I've never ridden it off-road. The glue is clearly not as good as I had hoped.

well it hasn't stuck to my dash for a long time but it might be my fault the one before that that came with the homekit took me a year to try to move it. Either I didn't clean the area well enough, or the wire was pressing against it so it wasn't sticking well enough.
