Easy installation and excellent work. I installed it on a torpedo under a steel plate and get 100% acceptance. No dropouts or antenna will last much longer in a car. The antenna also receives a good signal when driving north. The steel plate is the key to signal strength.

This is by far the best antenna. I've tried many different ones as I work in a van all day and this one almost never fails. I installed one in my car next to the rear window and never had a problem, one above my third brake light on my truck no problem, and one above my windshield for my work van. I only lose service in dense forests and high hills (when I'm in a valley)

I needed a new antenna for my XM tuner. I kept losing signal. I have an old two-wire antenna connector, which was a problem because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on an antenna. This antenna has received very good reviews. So I found a splitter on Ebay (I couldn't find it on Revain) and an adapter on Revain. This antenna works better than the original. There are almost no dead spots and reception is better in all weather conditions.

Bought because my XM had reception problems. Spoke to XM and they said my module was defective. A new module costs $300. I decided to see if it was an antenna so I disconnected and reconnected the stock antenna and everything worked. Put it on the back of my truck roof (F150) and run the wire through the third brake light, then hide the wire under the blanket and plug it in. Repair for 20€! The antenna seems good, but the xm receiver side of the connector didn't match my receiver. I have the original with two connectors, which also has a pink two-to-one adapter. I had to order another adapter to go from a pink plug to a new plug on the antenna, just a lot of adaptors, that's probably an xm issue as they keep changing the plug type on their receivers when I didn't. We have a Sirius XM Onyx radio with a car mount that originally came with the NGVA1 antenna. It worked fine initially, but after a little over a year the signal deteriorated to the point that the signal disappears when you drive under a tree. Compared to our other Sirius XM vehicle on the same roads, this indicated a problem with the antenna, not the satellite service itself. Sure, BMW uses a weird connector plug, but this one works if you just remove the pink plastic connector around the socket on the bike's end cap. Pry the insertable plastic clip on the fork (look for a slightly different color plastic) with a knife. It will break as it is very fragile. Then lift the small tab holding the connector in place.
