Additional listening features like On Demand and Pandora really enhance the satellite subscription experience. I feel like the touchscreen could be a bit more responsive if the radio was just docked on the table. In a fixed docking station, like in a car, it's much more.

Terrible radio. Loading takes a minute and a half. Keeps losing satellite signal. Cannot listen to music or games. Customer service is very bad. When contacted I was on the phone for 90 minutes explaining my problem with no help. I have been a siriusxm customer for over 10 years and have had the worst experience with this radio and the people in the company.

Too bad I can't give this radio zero stars. From day one it was terrible. Every time I start the car, it takes 5 minutes to charge. The FM modulator does not receive stations... not at all. It is a decorative item on my car as I cannot return it. It also doesn't have a remote control. The sound quality is terrible. I get the best sound quality with my aux cable. They got their free $120 from me.

This is a very high quality and reliable product. If you buy it you will not be disappointed in terms of these qualities. However, it is not portable and does not use remote access. The most annoying thing is that the receiver is too big for the docking station, and when you drive on a bumpy road, the receiver may partially detach from the docking station. Pushing back will solve the problem until next time. The second annoyance is that even if you have Wi-Fi turned off, it always searches for a Wi-Fi connection at boot, even if Wi-Fi is turned off.
