Very User Friendly Software Gets Our Cameras Working

The app is very user friendly, it makes set up easy for our customers. It's also helpful to have access from anywhere at any time without having to go into an office or call someone in. I don't like that when you are viewing your cameras through the dashboard of the phone/ipad there isn't always enough room to see all of them. Also sometimes there will be two icons next to each other so it can get confusing trying to figure out which icon goes where. Make sure you know how to use this software…

  • Great customer service team especially Alexis who helped me navigate my way around.
  • Ability To view camera feeds remotely using iphone & iPad apps (even if computer wasn’t accessible)
  • No additional monthly fees besides base subscription fee saving money over competitors' pricing structures
  • Very well run business offering excellent return policy
