Description of 🛹 Dime Bag Hardware Skateboard Truck Rebuild Kit - Bushings, Washers, and Pivot Cups for Two Trucks

These premium USA made bushings will keep your board riding nice and smooth and fit most skateboard trucks. Softer bushings (88A-94A) are used for lighter riders or riders who like loose trucks. Harder bushings (95A-99A) are for riders who want really stiff trucks for a stable ride. This bushing kit features conical top bushings and cylindrical bottoms bushing, along with pivot cups and cup washers. Package includes a set of 2 top bushings, 2 bottom bushings, 2 pivot cups, and 4 cup washers, which is enough to outfit your entire skateboard (kit includes bushings for 2 trucks).

NOW broke - Black 98A

These bushings broke and exploded immediately as mentioned in another review and I chose to ignore them. Have them installed. I turned the board over and stood on it to check and adjust the firmness. As I leaned over, one of the bushings immediately flattened and snapped in the middle. (See photo.) Look elsewhere for hard bushings.

Pros
  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Eh shit doesn't go with my mother-of-pearl venture.

I want my money back, that's not good at all. I would go back then but I had to use HALF the set and half my old set to fit the kingpin. If I had used both sockets from this set, the nut on the kingpin would not have gotten there. I am tagged. money thrown away. I would return this junk but I had to ride the board when they arrived so I had to pay back. cheap stuff.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Great Skateboard Replacement Parts

I have replaced the stock hubs on a skateboard I bought here from Revain and they work great, the board corners smoother and seems a little quieter, I don't do tricks , just skate I've ridden around the neighborhood on sidewalks and tarmac with my son, and these bushings have softened the tiny bumps of gaps in concrete sidewalks and streets. I went for the lighter and softer version and I'm glad I did.

Pros
  • Excellent Construction
Cons
  • Cleanliness

I had to get stuck with the jacks on my shorty.

I have no problem with TGM, I buy several products from them but this socket set was crap. They broke up and started blowing on the first day. I had very loose carts and did nothing but carve, powerslide and bertslide. I let a little kid ride my board most of the time. I'll just go with a shorter 100a next time I swap the axle back for a different rig size.

Pros
  • Easy to use

Excellent replacement bushings

Excellent replacement bushings. My niece had a relatively cheap board from Target that didn't spin due to the very stiff bushings. After replacing with these rebuilt bushings, the board spins perfectly. Complete transformation. My only complaint is that these bushings didn't make her wear a helmet. Or even listen to me. Sweet baby but god do you really think you're always right? Come on! I am 40 years longer on this earth than you! Do you think I might have a little more experience than you? At

Easy fix for a cheap skateboard

I used to skate a lot and immediately said YES when my 10 year old wanted a skateboard. Took cheap stuff on this site with decent reviews. The bearings weren't very good, but perfect for learning balance. The problem is that cheap trucks never lived up to expectations and always leaned one way or the other. They never got back to you. These sockets have done their job. Although I had to remove the carriages (the cheap board is to blame) they were pretty easy to install. 1st try too loose, 2nd…

Hinges may not fit all trucks

This kit is designed to convert trucks to a Penny Board clone. However, the turntables were too big for the skateboard's aluminum rails. However, they put plastic carts on another skateboard, which was a godsend. The bushings and washers are fine and seem to fit perfectly. One thing I've found is that a piece of clear vinyl tubing from a hardware store makes great rotary mugs. Just drive your trucks to the store and find the nearest suitable tube. Buy a foot of whistle and you have a large…

Great cheap skate hubs

I bought a used set of Gullwing Sidewinder 2 longboards that needed some maintenance. They were ridden hard and the jacks and swivel cups were shot. I decided to change the hardness and use a hard bushing (white) on the bead side and a pink 90a cone on the side. These trucks use standard skate bushings. These are excellent jacks, the cost of which is much lower than others. They work great on my sidewinders and they have improved stability on hills while still giving me huge carvins/lots of…

Better than expected

These are definitely high performance jacks, just what I wanted. Most high durometer bushings are cheap stuff or just not the same density as Bones 96, they feel nice but are smaller which makes them feel like they can't be pushed too hard without damaging them . . However, these dime bags are of such density and thickness that they can withstand high hardness without having to roll them, and at the same time...so far...they seem to be of good quality as there is no sign of it wear and tear in…
