I was a little wary of my purchase due to some outrageous reviews. I cook in a busy kitchen and the shoes have lasted since I bought them and are still in great condition. The shoes are comfortable, durable, true to size and really reasonably priced. I'm not sure how people wear shoes to deal the kind of heavy damage the reviews say, but you have to be a steamroller elephant to get that kind of damage. Great shoes, they make a suction noise the first few days on certain floor types like linoleum and sometimes I can still hear it but I use these shoes mostly when i go out.
