Protects your bike from insect stains!

Good quality, fits securely, in contrast to cheaper competitors. Protects the bike fairing and seat from the elements while you are in the car. It also seems to reduce wind noise somewhat. Note. This model is NOT waterproof. If you have a leather seat, you can also use a separate seat cover. Skinz makes a waterproof model that costs about twice as much.

Cover the steering wheel with something soft and expect better fuel economy.

I have just ridden 3,000 miles on this bike cover and have been very pleased with its performance. There have been complaints of sharp knobs on the handlebars poking through the casing. My steering wheel has sharp points so I covered the wheel with a towel to cover any sharp points and it worked great. It got rid of all the bugs and I washed the cover - like new! The only downside to roof bike racks is fuel consumption. It looks like my VW Golf lost 10% to 15% when driving at 40 mph.

Does not fit large bikes

The product description says "Fits all road bikes". Not even remotely accurate. I tried mounting it on a 61cm Specialized Roubaix. Pretty average road bike but I was able to pull on the handlebar pad and it was about 6-8 inches from the back of the saddle to hold it in place. I tried moving the saddle up/down for extra room. I tried different options with velcro around the front axles. It still didn't work (pun intended). Very disappointed. Of course there are bikes of different sizes. The…

Durable material works best for bike covers

I've been using this product every day for the last few weeks to protect my TREK forks in the back of my pickup truck with no problems. The material is stronger than I expected and there were no issues at highway speeds. Why am I giving this product four stars instead of five? Although it isn't advertised as being waterproof, I believe this must be due to the high price of this product. Also, the product is too small for my height of 60cm, which is not a problem in my case as I found an…

Better than the rest (edited)

Below is a review from a few years ago. The product worked great. Then they began to shorten, and two of them broke. I got one replaced for free. I decided I was going to use the velcro extension on the front and decided to buy another one. It was July 7th. The company appears to have resized to make it even smaller. It no longer fits my handlebars. I know my arms haven't gotten wider so the bra has gotten smaller. My bikes are 59.5 and 59. One is Pinarello FP-7 and the other is FP Quattro. I…
