Good product, suitable for resistance bands

A much better product than the sturdy pin they offer. I bought two because I didn't realize they came in pairs. No problem. Now I have several groups in the game at the same time. The product is well made except for a few burrs that I had to remove in the clamping area.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Ideal alternative for on-the-go activities

Ideal alternative for on-the-go activities. Try the bands on at your local store before purchasing. I was planning on getting heavier bands because of my free weights. Went to Dick's gym shop and tried them on beforehand, lost 10 pounds from each band. The handles are light and easy to use, I prefer plastic handles.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Extremely comfortable and durable handles

Strong handles, slide mechanism for easy moving and changing of cables. They are compatible with my Lifeline, Prism and Sklz resistance bands. I find them more comfortable to use than handles with a rope because they allow me to quickly change resistance levels during a workout—without having to compress, stretch, and release the bands just to get them out of the handles.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Secret

The handles work well but the cable connection can be difficult

When the handles are on the cable they work very well. However, connecting the handle to the cable can be difficult because the part of the handle that slides back to create a hole for the cable can be very difficult to move. One of my handles opens and closes easily while the other is very difficult to open. For this reason I am rating 3 stars for ease of use, I am rating the cable grip 5 stars, hence my overall rating for the grips is 4 stars.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Mostly fine but...
