Description of ๐Ÿšด SLS3 Cycling Shoe Covers: The Ultimate Solution for Cold Feet - Neoprene Road Bike Shoe Covers - Windproof, Waterproof, Thermal Overshoes

Neoprene fabric provides superior water and wind protection for your toes. Just the right size to fit easily in a jersey pocket when the weather or your ride heats up. A beanie for your toes: ideal for chilly training rides when full shoe covers are overkill but plastic wrap over your socks isnโ€™t cutting it. The small cycling toe covers are worn outside of the shoe to protect the toe tips from the cold. SLS3 Thermal bike shoe toe covers are recommended for shoes with external cleats.

Feet were still cold

I do outdoor activities where the temperature is usually 30-35 degrees. I tried these ankle boots in the hope that they would help keep my feet warm when paired with wool socks. Shoe covers didn't help at all, my feet were still cold.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Poor guidance

I'm cold, but NOT MY LEGS!

The first ride in them was very cold, very windy and no sun. (The wind turned in the opposite direction regardless of the direction๐Ÿ˜œ) Two pairs of gloves with full fingers and my fingers were freezing! My feet were hot! We recommend!

Pros
  • GOLS Certificate
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Very good: Overshoes

Better than my old ones. Maybe a little thicker. They are good to about 32 degrees; They fit up to a 25 with chemical toe warmers, but below that I switch to my insulated boots. Fits well. No logo/name required, just black color will do.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some cons

Not enough rain protection

These covers seem to be well made and match my shoes perfectly. But if you get caught in the rain, they don't offer enough protection. I guess they're useful for puddle splashes or other wetness of that nature, but other than that your socks will still get wet when it rains.

Pros
  • That's amazing
Cons
  • So-so

Non Bulky Full Shoe Warmers

I bought these because they cover the toe/foot of your shoe, not the whole foot. They kept my toes warm during a recent trip. For very cold rides, full boots that cover the ankles may be preferable. I wear warm socks. I bought the yellow design to match the Castelli top jacket and helmet in the same yellow.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Secret

runs a little small on my mountain bike shoes

I use these on size 45 Shimano MT33; They barely clear the boots. I think if you wear bigger shoes they wouldn't fit you. Perhaps they fit differently on road bike shoes because mountain bike/touring shoes are slightly larger. Plus they help keep your toes warm and anything that helps is great.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not the best

Keeps my toes warm while exercising

It helped to keep my toes warm. It was 53 degrees outside and I drove 25 miles. Something colder though, and I'll probably need something heavier. I'm attaching a photo of the clips I have on my boots as I know some people have complained that the opening doesn't work with their boots. Maybe a clip in a different style wouldn't have worked. I ordered these toe pads in size A/M and wear 7.5 shoes.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
