I like the idea, but the metal rod holding the loop keeps slipping out. The metal edges left ugly scratches on the back of my new deck, so I was a bit annoyed. I also had to wrap the case in fabric to reduce rattling.

Sorry Sly but these card cases aren't very good. The main problem is that the small metal rod that holds the case together doesn't stay tight between the two pieces that make up the case. It comes out all the time and is very easy to lose. Had it not been for this issue this could have been a four star product given the price. There are other minor hull issues but this one broke the deal.

I have Bicycle Prestige cards. I hate the bulky non-waterproof case they came in so I got this case. This case is much larger than my deck in all three dimensions. I bet I have an inch or more on each side. Adding to the frustration of not being nearly the size of a standard deck of cards is that the hinge pin is just a wire that falls out almost every time I open the case. Wouldn't buy again.
