Get what you pay for

Overall, this is a great product for the price! However, if I could do it over again I'd pay way more and something higher quality.Pros:- I like this better than the ones with the pocket for the ice pack. This one lets you place the ice pack at whatever angle you want then wrap it up.- The wrap is super soft!- The wrap is a great length, enough to keep the ice pack on my ankle, even when I wrap around my ankle & my foot.- Ice pack doesn't get too hard when it freezes, so it will mold to the…

Pros
  • thin pad good quality, loses cool quickly but fits almost anywhere.
Cons
  • It remains cold for 5 mins.!!

used as a cold wrap

I ordered two wraps for my ankle. They seem to be good quality but too thin. The wrap doesn't stay cold long enough. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Timed-release treatment is safe and effective
Cons
  • The pad may not be strong enough to withstand frequent or rough handling, reducing its overall durability and lifespan

Just what I needed for my opinion

Better than ice cubes in a baggie, better than blue ice in a towel. Fits good, does the job. Also works well for heat applications, just takes a small amount of time in the microwave.

Pros
  • Heating Pads
Cons
  • Its compact design may make it easy to misplace or lose, especially in a busy medical setting

A very good heat-cold pack

It is good that I selected this. Any smaller would not have covered my ankle adequately. The heating time in microwave is quite small. Anything higher than 30-35 seconds is unlikely to be needed. One must follow the instructions in this regard or it can be very hot on the skin. While using it for the ankle one has to use something to hold it there for the next 20 minutes or so. I used the Bracoo Breathable Neoprene Ankle Support . Just put the neoprene support velcros on top of it. There may be…

Pros
  • Patented non-gel technology
Cons
  • The pad may not be as effective as other medical devices or treatments, leading to less noticeable or slower healing results

As advertised - good for arthritic pain

I use it for my wrists - and it works well warm or cool. The only objection I have is attaching the velcro with only my other hand (when On my wrist) is tricky. But it is easy to clean and otherwise a good design.

Pros
  • Hot & Cold Therapies
Cons
  • The small pad may not retain heat or cold as effectively as larger alternatives, reducing the length of time it can be used for therapy

Not the best value or performance in a cold pack

Bought this for icing my wrists after long days typing. The cold pack itself is too small and the wrapping system (synthetic felt with a piece of sticky-back Velcro) is a joke. Keep shopping and skip past this one.

Pros
  • Freeze for effective cold therapy
Cons
  • The simple design of the pad may not offer as many options for customization or personalization as other first aid pads on the market
