Ideal for camping

This tool is very handy! We took ours on a hike and it came in handy when it came time to pack. We were all able to seal our open bags of chips and marshmallows. I like that it is light and compact. I liked it so much that I bought it as a gift!

Insanely useful tool, works great

Thanks to this handy little tool I finally don't have to worry about opening multiple bags of chips/snacks! If you have trouble with it, just don't move it too fast. Move it slowly so it seals well. Also make sure to use 2 identical new batteries. So glad I finally found this.

A fantastic gadget you can't live without!

This little device is amazing! It seals foil pouches like a dream. I like that there is no on/off button and that it is magnetic. It also seals vacuum bags very well! Just make sure you give him a few seconds to warm up (I counted to 8) and slide him to where you need the seal. I was able to salvage a torn bag of baby puffs (pictured before and after) to keep them fresh without wasting a zip! I highly recommend this little device.

It serves its purpose: Small appliances

Bought this to seal my packs of nail strips. In that sense, this heat sealer is pretty good. The seal heats up fairly quickly (5-10 seconds as stated on the packaging). The heating element is quite thin and I wish it was a bit thicker to leave a thicker seal line. I like that it's portable, looks good and doesn't look cheap. It has a magnet, but it doesn't work very well (which is partly why I gave it 4 stars). The cutter cuts, but not very well. Maybe I tried to use it wrong? I tried to cut…

This is a much needed item in my house! I'm used to a drier climate than the rainy city I live in now, so I was upset to discover how quickly the humidity was aging my chips! A very useful little tool for the home! As soon as you open the package the little seal is right in front of you, just insert two AA batteries (sold separately) and you're good to go.
