So three stars is a bit rough I think. The product arrived on time in good condition. My problem is related to the physical functionality of the item. I used to have a 55" Vizio with this remote. It has made it a lot easier to use apps like Facebook. This remote worked great. However, this remote has button issues. When you click on some of them they get stuck. It is like the rubber buttons are tucked under the hard plastic case of the controller. That's why only 3 stars. I still like it better

We purchased this remote to replace a lost remote for our TV. After taking it out of the box and putting in some batteries it worked great. In some ways, the functionality has been improved over the original slider remote. It's nice to have the Netflix button right at the top of the remote, and the keyboard is easier to use. The remote control is also smaller and lighter than the original. There are several downsides. While you don't feel like it's going to fall apart, the remote is lightweight
