I have two complaints: 1) when the scale is set to "ounces", if it exceeds 16 ounces it measures "pounds ounces", there is already another one Attitude. for it, and I want it to continue to only measure "ounces". 2) is on most of the scale, when you measure "ounce" it only shows the whole number, no decimals/increments in each ounce. The scale is great, looks accurate, easy to use, looks professional. Note to Revain: My credit card statement keeps showing random payments from Amazon. There may or may not be a perfectly good explanation, but there is NO WAY to contact Amazon about this. The help page says "Call us" but no number is listed. I googled the number and they have an auto reply basically saying there is no customer service due to a virus. for fees over $50 and you can too.

Update: 11/18/2017 The company has replaced the scales, the readings of which have become more accurate and consistent. This is within a gram plus or minus when repeatedly placing a 5 kilogram weight. Two things to keep in mind with this and other 2-in-1 scales is making sure your containers/items don't overlap with the smaller platform. And remember that since measuring on a small platform is a solid unit, you will see a 0.01 gram increase in the value of the smaller object if a heavy object…
