Smile Imaging Review

I have been a patient of Smile Imaging for about 20 years. I love the ease of use of the software and the efficiency. The software is easy to learn and use. I highly recommend this software to any dental office. I have never been disappointed with the service provided by Smile Imaging. I am always happy with their service. The program is easy enough even though it's not user friendly at all time! I always have problems loading my pictures into this system but in no other programs do i experience such trouble!! It should be easier than what they are doing now. You can't use your own camera anymore once you start using snap imaging because there isn’t any option like "use from device folder". ! And yes we don‘t get notifications if our picture was taken successfully after uploading it so sometimes its really hard

My main concern was that the pictures taken were not good. The pictures were in focus but my smile was out of focus. I did not receive good photos that I could use while I waited for my work to arrive. The Smile Imaging app was a very easy way to get my photos. The process was easy to use even for someone who is not tech savvy. It helped my dentist make his/her decision. The app made it fast and easy to share my photos. I really like it! The ease at which it takes pictures of smiles using my phone is so convenient! I like being able solve issues in office visits quickly because i don't have any extra supplies needed but if you do want more then its only slightly expensive compared other options out there such.
