I've used Oomoo 30 (6 hour cure) a few times and never had a problem so I chose 25 because of the faster cure time. I'm not saying you'll have the same result but 25 destroyed my carefully crafted parts. They were sculpted from wood, metal, styrene, and epoxy, and then covered in several coats of glossy paint so they were fairly smooth and shiny, with no undercuts, deep indentations, or grooves. I used this material to make a silicone mold for a musket part that I wanted to cast in steel. I had to do a wax master for that. I used Solid Edge CAD software to design the template and then used it to enlarge the part by 3% to account for steel shrinkage. After filling and sanding the master surface I was able to fill it with a silicone mold. I used vegetable oil as a mold lubricant.
